Durable Bathroom Surfaces

We take the industry standards very seriously, which is why we have gone through the effort to get the necessary testing done to ensure compliance with these standards.

Bathroom Surface Durability Testing:

Test #1: the first test we conducted was the scrubbability test. This is a 10,000 cycle test to see how much color loss occurs after the 10,000 cycles. In order to pass this test you can only have 5% image loss, or less. After the 10,000 cycles of scrubbing, Tyvarian had absolutely zero color loss.

Test #2: the 2nd test we conducted was the UV resistant test. This is a 200 hour test that is meant to mimic 10 years of sunlight exposure. Tyvarian also passed this test with flying colors.

In addition to the formal tests that we’ve conducted, we’ve also put a sample on the roof for 1 year and compared it to another sample that we put in a drawer. After one year we compared the samples and they looked virtually identical. Tyvarian is creating lasting impression and performing beyond expectations!
