Edmonton Bath Products specializes in the installation and renovation of bathrooms, including but not limited to:

  • Bathroom Installations & Renovations

  • Vanity Installations & Replacements

  • Countertop Installations & Replacements

  • Shower Installations & Replacements

  • Steam Shower Installations

  • Bathtub Installations & Upgrades

All services are subject to availability, and the specific terms of any project will be detailed in a written agreement between us and the customer.


2. Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing for our services will be provided through a written quote after consultation. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms, including a deposit, installment schedules, and final payments, will be outlined in your project agreement.

  • A deposit is required to secure the booking of your installation services.

  • Full payment is required upon the completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to penalties or interest as stipulated in your service agreement.


3. Third-Party Suppliers and Contractors

We work with a range of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to Riobel Fleurco, Shodor as well as independent contractors and installers to provide high-quality products and services.

  • Supplier-Specific Terms: Products from suppliers such as Riobel Fleurco, & Shodor may be subject to additional terms and conditions set by those companies. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and accept these supplier-specific terms before making any final purchase decisions.

  • Contractors and Installers: In cases where third-party contractors or installers are involved, their terms and conditions may also apply to the project. Any warranties, service guarantees, or additional policies from these contractors will be communicated to you in writing before work begins.

Edmonton Bath Products will act as a liaison to facilitate communications between you and these suppliers/contractors, but we are not liable for their independent terms or actions.


4. Warranty

All products and services provided by Edmonton Bath Products are covered by a warranty, the specifics of which will be outlined in your individual project agreement. The following general warranties apply:

  • Products: Any manufacturer’s warranty provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., Riobel Fleurco, Shodor) will be honored according to the terms specified by the manufacturer.

  • Workmanship: We offer a 1 year warranty on workmanship. This warranty covers installation-related issues but does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

If a defect is discovered, please notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution according to the terms of our warranty policy.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations by Customers: As per our standard contract, you may cancel your service agreement within 10 days of signing, provided no work has begun. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the progress of the project. Any deposits may be refunded or forfeited based on the timing and specific circumstances.

  • Cancellations by Edmonton Bath Products: We reserve the right to cancel any service agreement at our discretion, particularly if unforeseen issues arise that prevent the project from being completed safely or effectively. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.


6. Liability Limitations

While we strive for excellence in all our services, Edmonton Bath Products is not responsible for:

  • Any delays caused by third-party suppliers or contractors.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow maintenance instructions provided.

  • Any unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, accidents, or other force majeure events that may affect the delivery of services.

In the event of disputes arising from our work, our liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.


7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project completion, customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about project requirements.

  • Ensure safe access to the work area.

  • Follow the care and maintenance instructions provided after installation.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in additional charges or delays.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Edmonton Bath Products. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is prohibited.


9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve matters amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the dispute may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Alberta.


10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
